The Hockley Arts Club is one of Nottinghams hottest venues for young professionals to eat and drink. It offers a quirky environment with tasteful decor throughout.
We have recently assisted in the renovations to the upper floor, from designing and building the tables to erecting a very large aluminium tree the task was interesting from start to finish and as usual offered us some interesting challenges.
We cannot wait to see what comes next from the guys at The Hockley Ats Club and only one thing is guarenteed, whatever it may be it will be something not quite seen before.
Lindleys Autocentres have gone from strength to strength in recent years. Steeped in family heritage the garage was originally owned by the current directors grandfather and is well known within the Nottingham area.
They have now got bases across Nottinghamshire including Arnold, Basford, City Centre and most recently West Bridgford as well as providing mobile solutions to their clients.
Being a part of the expansion team involved in Lindleys Autocentres continuing sucess has been a real priveledge.
When taking on the project we knew that their business was based on a strong ethic and great customer services surrounded by the quality of their workmanship and nothing less than this would be expected from ourselves.
I am happy to say that we managed to pull this off and make a tired looking garage (Formerly an independant garage) into a modern and proffesional place for them to conduct business and serve the people of West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire.
We were extremely pleased to be able to assist with an immediate response following a tragic accident.
Upon arrival our client (The Landlord) needed his property saving from collapse and we were able to deploy over 40 props to support the property as well as supply him with Heras fencing to keep the area safe.
As the premises was a HMO property the other tenants which were being rehoused by the client has to remove their items which we also assisted with once the property was deemed safe.
After the emergency works were complete we stripped back the entire interior to expose the full damages as the request of the structural engineer so that the insurance company could then proceed with their claim.
Thanks to this quick response the roads could be re-opened and the property saved from further damage or collapse.
A local school required the whole building to be repointed, given the length of time this would take we had to take into account special precautions such as children and the highway which ran along the rear of the premises.

A client in Dudley had some burglaries within their shopping centre through a sky light and asked us to deploy some razor wire on their roof.
We managed to get these 900mm razor wire packs up and into position which will hopefully prevent any future uninvited visitors to their centre.

We installed wall panels, cloth rails, signage, changing rooms and CCTV for them to be able to open their latest store.
A large factory wall removed and cladded to allow for continued business expansion and more economical working for the client.
